Exchanges + Returns

ELIGIBILITY

We welcome the return or exchange of IN-STOCK purchases within 10 calendar days of delivery. Please note that the following are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange or refund:

• Made-to-order and customized items
• Archive sale items
• International orders (purchases made from outside of the U.S.)
• Purchases made through retail partners or any source other than minedandfound.com

To begin a return, please email hello@minedandfound.com to receive a prepaid return label. Items must be in pristine, unworn condition, accompanied by their complete original packaging (including certificates of authenticity and any included gift with purchase).

Returns must be tendered to a courier within 5 business days of your return label being issued. Returns shipped outside of the timeframe may be subject to additional review and processing.

Please note: For returns of pieces valued $4,000.00 or more, a 4% restocking fee will be applied. This reflects the nonrefundable processing charges retained by payment processors, and allows us to continue offering returns rather than moving to a final-sale policy.

We're unable to issue a refund until your return item has been received and inspected.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline returns that are not received in their original condition.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

We do not accept order cancellations. Please shop thoughtfully!
