If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase, we welcome your exchange or return.
**HOLIDAY RETURNS: to accommodate gifting, purchases made between 11/23/2022 - 12/20/2022 receive extended return privileges; if you wish to return or exchange an item purchased during this time period, you must initiate on or before 10 days from 12/25/2022 (AKA 1/4/2023).**
Returns and exchanges must be initiated on or before 15 calendar days from date of shipment. Please contact email@example.com to initiate the process.
In order to be eligible and receive a prepaid postage label, items being returned must be in their complete original packaging and in UNWORN condition.
When your package has been received, we will review your return and email to confirm receipt. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically sent to the original form of payment within 5 business days.
**Returns must be tendered to the selected courier office within 5 business days of receipt of your return label. Returns that are not tendered to a courier within this time period will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely.
Please note, it is your responsibility to obtain a receipt at drop-off; we cannot refund your purchase until it is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.**
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Special ordered and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned.
We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition.
