Special ordered and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
In order to be eligible and receive a return authorization number and prepaid postage label, items being returned MUST be in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.
Packages that are not accompanied by a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
When your returned item has been received, we will review and process the return. At this point you will receive a return email notification. Generally within 2-5 business days, refunds post to your original payment method.
Items purchased from a sale capsule or collection are final and may not be returned.
We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition.
