In order to be eligible and receive a return authorization number and prepaid postage label, items being returned MUST be in their complete original packaging and in UNWORN condition.
When your package has been received, we will review and confirm your return via email notification. Generally within 2-5 business days, refunds post to your original payment method.
**Returns must be tendered to the selected courier office within 5 business days of receipt of your return label. Returns that are not tendered to a courier within this time period will incur a non-negotiable 20% restocking fee or may be refused entirely.
Please note, it is your responsibility to obtain a receipt at drop-off; we cannot refund your purchase until it is received. We are not responsible for lost return packages.**
Packages not accompanied by a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside will be refused.
Special ordered and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Items purchased from a sale capsule are final and may not be returned.
We retain the right to refuse any returned items if we deem them to be not in their original condition.
