Should you be in need of a repair or wish to refurbish any of your items, we are here to assist. Contact us via hello@minedandfound.com, or by using the form below to request an estimate or a return authorization number. Repair orders must be accompanied by a return authorization number.

Rainbow Silk® + Restringing

Mined + Found offers a complimentary first restringing of each of our Rainbow Silk® jewelry pieces. The cost of subsequent restringing varies by style. Items purchased from the Archive Sale are not eligible for complimentary restringing.

We recommend restringing jewelry strung on Rainbow Silk® every 12 - 18 months, however the need for restringing will vary from person to person and the frequency of wear of each piece.

Rainbow Silk® is a first-of-its-kind, trademarked, multicolor stringing silk produced exclusively in-house by Mined + Found. We do not outsource our silk production. 
Each Rainbow Silk® item ships with a certificate, verifying its authentic nature as a genuine Mined + Found original. 

We accept a limited number of outside pearl and beaded strands for stringing with Rainbow Silk® and our signature fob clasp. Contact us for an estimate.
