Special order and customized items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Regular orders are eligible for exchange only. You must contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt of your item in order to be eligible for an exchange, and receive a return authorization number. Packages that are not accompanied by a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.
Items being exchanged MUST be in their complete original packaging and in unworn condition.
Items purchased on sale, during a promotional period, or using a discount code may not be returned. You are responsible for shipping charges incurred in sending your items back to us.
