The top, with two bands of sparkling pavé diamond, swivels open to reveal a hidden, red enameled heart surrounded with room for more love to enter. A solid base completes this cheeky, unconventional signet ring.
The Open Heart becomes your bespoke creation through the optional addition of custom engraving.
