The top of the ring, featuring a heart shape diamond at center of sunburst-etched texturing and a single band of sparkling pavé diamond, swivels open to reveal a hidden compartment holding one very sweet surprise: five "chocolates," each hand-enameled with a unique, frosted design.
A very cheeky -and very sweet- take on a signet-like design.
